The Sand Dollar - Ocean front 3 bed 2 bath home. Washer/Dryer

January - April: $8,500 per month

May-August: $7,500 per month

September - December 21: $7,000 per month

 

The Sea View Cottage - Ocean Front 2 bed, 1 bath home. Washer/Dryer

January - April: $ 7,500 per month

May-August: $6,500 per month

September - December 21: $6,000 per month

There is a deposit of $500 for each home to hold your reservation. This $500 becomes a security deposit during your stay. This deposit is not part of your rent. This is held separately. The security deposit will be refunded if a cancellation is received prior to 60 days before your stay was to begin and if your home is left in an acceptable condition when you leave.

All rents must be paid in full by cash or check 60 days prior to your stay to hold your reservation. If not paid, you forfeit your $ 500.00 deposit and your reservation. There is also a Monroe County Sales/Bed tax of 12.5 %. Reservation may be cancelled 60 days prior to scheduled stay for a full refund. Cancellations within the 60 day period may result in loss of your full paid rental. If the home can be re-rented during all or part of your previously scheduled stay, we will refund rent on a prorated basis. The home will not be considered rented until all rent is paid in full and will be rented strictly on a first come, first serve basis.
